The IntelleView Transaction Monitoring Solution offers the most advanced technology available for monitoring transactions or other data from virtually any type of network-based system. Along with data, IntelleView also processes and digitally stores video of any associated activities. This may include transactions, data and activity from point-of-sale systems in retail stores, banking systems, medical systems, gaming, manufacturing as well as a variety of other applications. IntelleView provides an effective means of monitoring for fraudulent activity, policy compliance, training issues, safety-related issues, and quality issues just to name a few. The specific activity being monitored and managed will vary depending upon the specific environment in which the system is being used. IntelleView is extremely powerful, yet it is intuitive and easy to use. IntelleView’s cost-effective single-point interface to the network, makes it a very effective monitoring solution for retail, as well as non-retail environments. IntelleView is a Windows® 2000 based application that runs on a PC. All video processing and storage is managed via the Intellex Digital Management System. IntelleView supports both single and multiple networked Intellex configurations, depending upon the requirements of the specific application. The system features real-time reporting of user-defined exception transactions as well as extensive data mining capabilities. IntelleView processes, analyzes and stores 100% of the transactions or data from the network regardless of the total number of terminals being monitored. The video recorded is based on the method of surveillance, the number of terminals, and the number of Intellex channels devoted to the application. The system has the ability to monitor based on a variety of surveillance methods. IntelleView supports exception-based surveillance, a “Record All” surveillance mode, and even a combination of the two. Although IntelleView is typically employed as an on-site monitoring solution, the system can be managed remotely as well.
